As you may know we have taken on our first investment property, a three bedroom reno-rescue job in Queanbeyan N.S.W. 20mins from Canberra. Enough chit-chat here are all the pic's you have been waiting to see.......................

WOW!!! it looks great! which room is mine (hahaha) magnolia tree in full flower - lovely! timber floors (and loo and laundry - well you know what I mean) can't wait to see it on site!

Well well, you think that your place is a reno rescue, you should see the place we're living in...then you might understand the meaning of "old and crappy"!!
